Putting together a dvd of a bunch of horror shorts for myself. Fun. Anyone got any recommendations?

Today I sloppily ate some tacos and then yelled at people to hug me.

I like how she ripped evey other guys penis off…. Did anyone else notice a huge theme in this anthology about men disrespecting women? The original guys were making money video taping themselves assaulting women, this one the guys treated the girls as nothing but sex objects, the alien one the guy is using multiple women as breeders, while drugging them over and over to invade them, the newlywed guy wanted to videotape his wife’s naked bosy when she was clearly saying no over and over and was uncomfortable. and the demon girl was like, held up in a way I don’t think a demon boy would.

There was def a theme w/ this movie

I just got done working on a film with the other female lead in the date night segment and we talked a lot about the film as a whole.

The really disgusting part about the rampant misogyny is that none of the filmmakers spoke to each other before making their films.

That means that their natural inclination was to be misogynistic.

The whole group of filmmakers involved with the first film seem to have this leaning and I’m really glad that the second film seemed to go a lot further to diversify the talent pool

Agreed wholeheartedly. So gross.

They forgot to mention the last short involving the ghost stuff involves a female who is being like abused as well. Personally, I only really enjoyed the last short, but it still was better than ABC’s of Death.

And you will face the sea of darkness, and all therein that may be explored.

I saw Dan Harmon in person today. I think the best way to describe him was awkward.

If Criterion is able to give Tiny Furniture their stamp of approval, then what’s stopping them from doing the same thing with Freddie Got Fingered.
